Hi!  I am a real estate investor and broker located in the Denver area.  Prior to this, I was an IT Professional for over 20 years.  A few months ago, I decided to take the plunge and leave the IT world behind and become self employed.  

I've been investing for over 4 years now.  I had been interested in property investing for a long time before that, but never pulled the trigger due to anxiety and, really, just lack of a mentor.  A while back, I met a colleague from Phoenix that was into investing and the rest is history.  Through him and his wife, I bought 7 buy and hold properties in the Phoenix area.  Fairly recently, I sold 2 of these and did a 1031 for 3 places in the Denver metro area.  Seeing great cash flow in Denver right now and very excited about the prospects here!

Now, I really want to share my knowledge gained over the last several years and help others get into property investing.  I've started a company here in Denver to accomplish this goal.  I'm very excited to have found BiggerPockets to help others and also learn from the vast amount of information that I've been finding here!
