Hello my name is Nick, I have been learning a lot about real estate investing from the podcasts. Awesome info from all the guests. For the last few months I have been looking for deals and learning a lot on how competitive the market is in south Seattle area. Looking forward to what I can learn on here to help me get the deal without over paying. Since I'm a general contractor I would want to rehab some houses then buy and hold. Thanks!

Hello to you both!  Welcome to the awesome BP community.  If you ever have questions you can't find the answer to feel free to reach out to me.  I look forward to meeting you in person at one of the many meet ups in the Seattle area.  @Nick GorashI am looking at buying 2 rental properties in Algona right now (I see  you are from Alogona)!  If you have interest, let me know.

@Tin Nguyen/ Hello!

The best way to jump start your investing business is to just dive in, pull a quality list to mail to and get the phone ringing.  I PROMISE you that if you get a call and need help on what to do, we will all be right here and willing to walk you through the next steps.  The worst thing you can do is over-analyze getting started.  Just jump in and get your marketing going.  If you are going to focus your study on something, focus on how to pull a good list, then go for it!  Good luck!
