I am a 25yr old from Middletown, DE. I work by day as a sales consultant for one of the biggest dealers in the Tri-state area. However my family has been real estate investors since I was born, over time I have become more and more familiar with the industry. Now that I am making good money I would like to make the transition to real estate as an investor. I am interested in flipping & rental income.

    Welcome @Terrance Clark. BP is an awesome place! In addition to the DelReia group, you should also hop on the BP Delaware thread. Usually there are folks meeting up once a month or so from the forums.
