Newbie from AZ
Hello everyone. Let's see, where do I start? Well, I am new to real estate. So new that I haven't even purchased my first property yet. Also just moved to AZ from NJ about 2 years ago. Not being too familiar with the area or real estate investing, I am definitely looking for all the advice I can get and to build long-lasting healthy relationships with others in this wonderful world of real estate.

Welcome to Biggerpockets. This is a great place to learn. If you haven't done so already, you might want to read Ultimate Beginner's Guide as well as listen to some of the Podcasts. You can also set your keyword alerts for your area, type property, etc. so that when they come up in posts you're notified. Good luck.
