I was looking for meetings and seminars to attend in my area to meet like-minded people. So the REIA club sounds very interesting. Just this past weekend, someone mentioned my local SCORES office. I will explore both as well as the other options you mentioned. This venture is taking a lot more time than I had originally expected to get educated, especially with maintaining my full-time job, but I know that if I keep up with everything, it will definitely be worth it.

Thanks everyone for the greetings.  I'm currently reading the Ultimate Beginner's Guide, on chapter 3, and have listened to a few podcasts.  The quality of the information I have received from this community in such a short amount of time is unbelievable.  I am excited for my future in real estate investing with the aide of the BP community.

Hello everyone.  Let's see, where do I start?  Well, I am new to real estate.  So new that I haven't even purchased my first property yet.  Also just moved to AZ from NJ about 2 years ago.  Not being too familiar with the area or real estate investing, I am definitely looking for all the advice I can get and to build long-lasting healthy relationships with others in this wonderful world of real estate.
