Hi,

My name is Lindel Smith. I am a graduate of Indiana University's School of Informatics and Computing. After struggling to find a job after graduation, I decided to go to work for my father's licensed, bonded, and insured plumbing business. I'm in the process of earning my contractor's license to be able to eventually take ownership of the business when my father decides to retire. We provide plumbing and sewer services for homeowners and businesses all across central Indiana. After conducting business with numerous amounts of real estate investors, I have picked up an interest in real estate investing. I have zero experience in real estate investing; However, I am interested in finding a mentor and potentially a business partner in the Indianapolis, IN area.
