new to the real estate scene but after buying my first house and  renovating it I came to the conclusion I love the aspects of real estate. I did all the construction myself . I'd love to do a flip but have little to no money to put down. Currently reading books on wholesaling and gonna take a crack at it soon. Any pointers or investors in the Albany area I'm ready to go
