Is it possible to skip trace houses that are listed for auction ? I thought I read somewhere the home owner can take back there house before the auction date. So if I skip trace them and they wanna work out a deal before it’s auctioned is that possible?

Good morning everyone. I’m a newbie but thinking about downloading the deal machine app. You can add up to 3 or 5 team members. My question is if anyone is doing this and how are you setting up how the team driver gets paid? Limited on funds so I’m trying to find an app that’s going to work best for me at the moment. Also looking into flipmorehouses.com. Thanks for the help everyone

Found a nice hotel for sale . Completely renovated and ready for business. 36 rooms all redone. Small restaurant. How would I go about figuring out what it’s worth? It’s listed for sale right now but I’d like to figure out my own price. Thanks for the help I’m new to commercial real estate.

Has anyone ever bought a house before the auction date? There are several houses for sale in my market by auction. Looking for some tips/steps to purchase them from the owners before they go up for auction. I’m new so any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Luiz Souza sorry I meant once the bank takes it back is there anyway to try and buy it before it’s gonna get listed? Have a couple that have been empty and nobody’s living in them near me. I figured I probably have to let the process take place then but when it gets listed

If a home has went into foreclosure, (papers taped to the windows) is there any action that can be taken? Do you have to let the process take its course before it’s available? Thank you. Newbie here. There’s a few in my town so I’d like to find out.
