I work FT in the financial industry, that allows me limited time that I really need to soar in real estate. I've educated myself in wholesaling & attended RE workshops as well.
I'm looking to network and connect with other likeminded investors in the Dallas surrounding areas. I'm seeking advice & I am so in need of an mentor.
I want to start as an wholesaler, or JV-wholesaling because I have the knowledge, contracts, real estate attorney, title company, real estate agent and I also have my cash buyers.
Next, I'd like to flip REO's, rehab and rental properties for passive income. I'm seeking financial freedom!!!
