Post: Long Term 30K or Less Investments...

Hi Hil! I am a Real Estate Investor and work with a group of investors that have successfully positioned their money into a long term real estate investment strategy. It is possible to invest in long term Real Estate without the hassle that goes along with a buy and hold commitment. This option has everything to do with riding the investment, not the property. To explain it briefly, instead of buying multiple buy and hold properties or fixer uppers, take the cost of just one of those properties, apply that money, one time towards a Real Estate Wealth Building Program. Let the money sit and accrue compound interest at a fixed rate, multiple times per year. When you apply the numbers, you can compare the financial benefits between a program like this verses a traditional buy and hold property or fixer upper. With this type of Real Estate Investment there are no tenants, no upkeep, no rehab cost, and no worries about if the market is going to be up or down in 20 - 40 years from now. We all know that long term Real Estate Investing is profitable but it is not always as simple as this. We work with U.S. and International Accredited Investors around the world. To compare apples to apples, numbers to numbers, feel free to contact me. I'm always happy to help!

Hi Cailyn! Yes there is such a thing! I really appreciate you asking this question. I work with a group of investors that have developed a service to those who want to invest in real estate but do not have the know how or time to fix n flip or simply do not want to buy and hold just to put up with the hassles of being a landlord. This option has everything to do with riding the investment, not the property.

To explain it briefly, instead of buying multiple buy and hold or fix n flip properties, take the cost of just one of those properties, apply that money, one time towards a Real Estate Wealth Building Program. Hello to all! Very good information here. I'd like to mention another option in regards to long term real estate investing. It is possible to invest in long term Real Estate without the hassle that goes along with a buy and hold commitment. This option has everything to do with riding the investment, not the property. To explain it briefly, instead of buying multiple buy and hold properties, take the cost of just one of those properties, apply that money, one time towards a Real Estate Wealth Building Program. We all know that long term Real Estate Investing is profitable but it is not always this simple until now. I am a Real Estate Investor and work with a group of investors that offer the above mentioned Real Estate Wealth Builder Program. We work with U.S. and International Investors around the world. Hi Jason! Yes there are other long term strategies besides rental cash flow. I'd be happy to give you a call and talk about the options.

Select an REI opportunity that gives the most amount of cash flow in the and requires the least amount of work.

Thanks for posting. I've never used Rentometer. Nice idea!

Have you thought about investing in the project without doing the work? Or are you looking at doing the work yourself.

Hi my name is Constance and I am from Sioux Falls South Dakota. I am a networking newbie that has been intrigued with rehabbing properties since I was a kid. When folks learn that I work for a Real Estate Investment company they assume that I am living my dream. Now, don't get me wrong, making a sweet rate of return while others do the work is a great investment and is a hot commodity for many. Call me silly if you must, but I actually want to be the one doing the work! I want to be the one that creates the new design and then take action on making it happen.  I am happy to be here to listen, learn and grow and to share what I know. I look forward to making connections that will inspire one another.
