Newbie looking for Partner in Columbus, OH area

Hello,

My husband and I been interested in Real Estate for years, and now I have the opportunity to focus on it full time. We'd like to start rehabbing but lack the confidence to go it alone. I'm looking to partner who is an experienced local rehabber in the Columbus area to learn the ropes at least for my first couple flips. We have an LLC set up and found several properties in the area we would like to jump on but we are not sure where to get the funds or what to do next.

Let me know if there's any interest. Maybe this could turn into a long term relationship.

Just curious, where are you finding these "deals" you want to jump on?
