Hi, I work full time as a registered nurse. I am happily married to a wonderful hard-working man. Now that my "nest" is almost empty, my focus has shifted to working toward making REI my primary income producer. I am just getting started in REI by reading, listening to and watching REI courses. I am so glad to come across BiggerPockets and the wealth of additional information and knowledge here. We want to primarily buy and hold for passive cash flow in order to replace my monthly income within the next 18 months. We look forward to networking with you all.
