Hey all! Stumbled across this site last night and really like the idea and potential to meet fellow investors. I'm just getting my feet wet in REI but I plan to only be an investor in the next year. I own a small business currently, and I thought that was going to be my vehicle to freedom. Little did I know that being a small business owner is 3x the work of any job. I still love it but I'd rather get into investing full time.

If anyone knows of some meetings in the area please let me know! I already know of the mastermind monthly meetings, and the REIA Cincinnati meetings.

I'm looking to start out with wholesaling while having one 3 unit rental (almost mine). Would love to be flipping and having many units by this time next year.

Thanks
