Erik,

I don't do anything in the west end. I should be closing on 1100sqft ranch in LaGrange in a  week and I'm awaiting court approval on one in St Matthews that should come this week also. I'm trying to stay east of 65 but prefer east of Bardstown Rd. 1000-2000 sqft 50-200K purchase price.

I started buying property about 10 years ago but have not been doing much since the crash of '09. I own several rental properties and now looking to increase inventory so I can fire my boss at my current day job and go full time with REI. I have a private funding source but looking for a stream of good properties in Oldham and Jefferson counties.
