Hi BP,

My name is Phil and I am a 12 year veteran of the commercial real estate (CRE) industry. I've spent my career working in acquisitions and asset management for various REITs, brokerage firms, and small private equity shops and now want to do real estate for myself. I'm specifically looking for small infill warehouses near city centers and well located multi-families around Boston. While I have never done a multi-family project on my own, I hope I can learn the business quickly and opportunistically buy properties to hold long term.

I am looking for like-minded BP members.  Would love to connect with others who need help understanding office, industrial, or warehouse properties.
