I am a driven person that refuses to sit in a cubical working for the man. I am an aspiring entrepreneur that has just got my feet wet with a bit of information on real estate. I was first introduced to the subject of real estate by Robert Kiyosaki's  book Cash Flow Quadrants (I only read the cliff notes to Rich Dad Poor Dad, I should probably read it!) from this book the gears started turning. I purchased a high priced web based program, (pricing per month, thank goodness) that provided a lot of fluff and a small amount of information. The information was strategically placed so it would string out the viewer creating another month of cash flow for the founder of the site. I knew I could do better than this, I am driven and I don't need a warm hand to guide me along the yellow path. lol Shortly after this I bought Tim Bell's Wholesale Flight Plan, this is a very short easy read that is highly recommended. Ever since this I have been binge listening to BP podcasts and I am finally ready to make the jump! I plan getting ready for marketing today (buying domain, creating website etc.)
