I'm a wholesaler out of Providence, RI and I'm looking for local investors and RE professionals to connect with. I'm interested to see how everyone else is holding up during this epidemic

Thank you Anthony and Jim for your help. I will take your advice and contact my realtor to see if he can help me with the lease.

Hey bp, my girlfriend and I have just bought a duplex and we're really excited to finally get started in our journey of investing in real estate. I'd like to know if there is any advise out there on things to include in our lease going forward. Thanks in advance.

Hey BP, I am a wholesaler in Rhode Island and am starting a direct mail campaign soon. I have my list, I'm just looking for a good postcard company. If anyone has any suggestions on companies that they've had great success with, please let me know. Thank you.

Nice! I'll be there as well. It is a good place to start. Hopefully I see you there.

Hey John,

I am from Providence and just getting into this as well. There is a monthly meet up group that is located in Warwick that you should probably check out. It's a great place to meet not only other investors, but also other professionals that will be helpful in assisting your business. Here is the link http://rireig.com/ the next meet up is next Thursday. I am going signing up for the sales license course as well, once I complete my current semester in April. Good luck with everything and feel free to reach out.

@AnthonyThompson That's a great point. Thank you for mentioning that. Would you think that the inspector would be opposed to having the consultation video recorded? I feel like this would minimize the chance of missing valuable information during the walk-through.

He had mentioned that if we ask for a "consultation" it'll be 25% cheaper than a typical inspection, which is the same exact scope of work by the way. I guess they use "consultation" as a code word for an investor discount. But if 300-500 is typical for my market as well, I'll stick with these guys.
