NYC Landlord seeking advice & mentor in flipping, buy and hold.

Hi Everyone,

We are newbies to BP Pro from the Big Apple and the niche we would like to know  about flipping houses and more about buy and hold.

My wife and I own two multi-family properties under our belt and are looking to buy and hold more. With our second property we made some big mistakes because we were ignorant; wish we would have known about BP back then. Moving forward we don’t want to make any more mistakes that is why we are asking for help.

We would also like to do flips but it is so expensive in NYC that it would be hard for us to compete with the big investors. We have ties in Jacksonville and Orlando and that is where we would like to start our operation with flips. Would like some advice from anyone who has done a long distance flip.

We need a mentor and input from all our BP colleagues.

Thank you all so much and looking forward to hearing from you.
