My in laws live in Elk Grove and I usually head to Sacramento at least once a month. It would be great to also know of any meet ups in your area and hopefully I can attend one when I'm in town.

Good luck!

Well hello Sherwin,  nice to meet you..  As I figure out where and when I will let you know as well..

I just checked out a few flips some buddies of mine are doing in Sacramento that were purchased for around 100 each, 30k work, 200k ARV. Not that I've snagged any of them but I believe that they are available in specific areas. Shoot me a message if you'd ever like to chat strategies!

 Ok most definitely I will..

I have to ask...are you and @Luis Silva related??

What is your background in real estate like? Like you, I'm also considering the wholesaling to start idea a bit. I would love to exchange strategies anytime!

Cheers

I did resale homes from 1999 to 2007..  I recently came back to real estate when I was asked to go find fixers and I found a fixer, imagine that.. It was a 'who do you know" type situation.   After rehab comps are about $225,000 which I talked the seller down to $100k..  Day one.. lol..  I don't know Luis Silva.

I'm just trying to learn the best route..
