Hi Everyone!

I am new to the BiggerPockets community and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Nick Moser and I live in the Brighton/Newton area of Boston. I currently work full-time in a Financial Analyst role.

I'm very new to real estate investing, only been researching for about a month and a half now (BiggerPockets articles, podcasts, books, etc.).

I really like the buy and hold strategy resulting in passive income, but I am trying to learn as much as I can right now about all aspects of investing.

My ultimate goal is financial freedom and eventually leaving the 9-5 world. But, right now I am looking to start part-time and grow in the industry.

Really looking forward to learning more and getting involved in this great community!

Nick
