Just wanted to introduce myself. I have been in the real estate for 15+ years in one way or another. Currently my husband and I invested in a 2 family home and are fixing it up to flip it. The flipping business is new to us but its something we wanted to do for a long time now. If anyone has any tips or helpful advice I would love to hear it! It would also be great to hear from investors in our area. Thanks so much!
