New member moving to Maryland and ready learn!

My name is Scott Joyner. I will be moving to back to Maryland this year and I will be expanding my potential by starting a new business with my best friend in the flipping and buy and hold arenas. I have a fairly diverse construction knowledge covering almost all aspects of home building, renovation etc. I am a Master Mechanical contractor who has been in the construction field my entire life. I am excited to be partnering with my best friend not only to change the course of our futures but, to also bring real value to friends, neighbors, and our community! We are truly looking forward to providing a great product that will help elevate peoples lives and open the doors to the American Dream again! P.S. I just realized it says ready learn in my header!
