I first got into wholesaling about 6 years ago after returning to Baltimore from Florida in the midst of a divorce.  I wholesaled probate deals exclusively. Most of the deals were very lean with $2,000-$3,500 assignment fees (my half of a split). I got sidetracked and am now jumping back in. I am also going to be moving to a suburb of York, Pa in the spring time and hope to do even better there.

Welcome to BP @Greg Stoner.  Six years ago was not a very strong market. Today it will be easier to sell a good deal but may be harder to find one.
