Hi, my name is Clayton and I am new to Biggerpockets.com but not entirely new to real estate. I previously had one successful flip and held a Realtor license for 2 years. I had one bad flip during the real estate flop but I have now recovered and ready to give it a second go. I plan to have my Realtor license back in the coming months and by the end of the year have a buy and hold rental and maybe try another flip down the road.

I am here to learn new things and learn how and where to obtain financing to get started out.
