Hello!  I am a full time investor from Minnesota who is interested in wholesale deals, buy and holds, and residential redevelopment.  My operation will be expanding to the southern California area this spring.  I am looking for financing, and extra strategies to find deals.  I would like to continue to build my network as much as I can.
