Does anyone know how to find private money lenders who require little or no money down? It's probably a really stupid question....but I'm having a really hard time funding my first few deals. I am currently whole sailing to build cash flow....but there are a couple deals I just can't pass up and I'm looking for private money!

Hello!  I am a full time investor from Minnesota who is interested in wholesale deals, buy and holds, and residential redevelopment.  My operation will be expanding to the southern California area this spring.  I am looking for financing, and extra strategies to find deals.  I would like to continue to build my network as much as I can.
