I'm a 38 year old husband and father of 3, looking to add additional income through real estate investments. I am in the very early stages of this process and have much to learn. I am preparing to attend a 3 day Fortune Builders seminar in a few weeks. I am hoping that this will give me a foundation to build from.

I stumbled onto Bigger Pockets today as I was researching Fortune Builders. This certainly seems like an amazing community of experts and insiders who have a lot of knowledge and wisdom to share. If anyone has any suggestions on books and/or resources that can help me build my knowledge base would be greatly appreciated.
