Newbie from Denver Colorado.

Hi everyone,  

Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself.  I currently do heating and plumbing full time. My wife and I just flipped our first home last September.  We had alot of fun doing it, what a learning experience. 

Since then I wanted to change up my gears and really jump into real estate full time. I will be starting real estate school in the next few days to become an agent. 

My goals here are to not only buy and sell homes for clients but to also learn more about investing in the real estate market in regards to buy and flip method aswell as rentals. 

I look forward to discussing these topics here in BP.
