Hi all,

Just wanted to introduce myself. I am learning about real estate investing, like I imagine many people here are. I have an architectural background, so if anybody wants feedback on design / plans / etc feel free to ask. Since I'm not an experienced investor, I figure that's what I have to offer the community. :)

 Congrats on finding BP. I have a deal a buddy and I are working on where we need plans drawn up. Set up you keywords for Atlanta and anything else like architecture so when people post about those things you'll get an email.
