New Investor from Frisco Texas
Hello BP,
My name is Will Vining. I am 20 years old and live in Frisco Texas. For the past three years I have studied computer engineering at Texas Tech and have decided to take a semester off to start investing in real estate. My first major goal is to close three wholesale deals by July. I would be interested to hear from people who have success in this in Texas. I know in some states the legality of wholesaling is a bit vague. Ultimately I want to invest in large apartment complexes and commercial properties in the DFW area. William, we are investors in Alabama that moved from Frisco. We have property and family there in Frisco. Please put us on your buyers list as we are looking to move into other markets and Texas is familiar to us.
