New Investor from Frisco Texas

Hello BP, 

My name is Will Vining. I am 20 years old and live in Frisco Texas. For the past three years I have studied computer engineering at Texas Tech and have decided to take a semester off to start investing in real estate. My first major goal is to close three wholesale deals by July. I would be interested to hear from people who have success in this in Texas. I know in some states the legality of wholesaling is a bit vague. Ultimately I want to invest in large apartment complexes and commercial properties in the DFW area.
