Hello bigger pockets, I am a new member. I recently purchased my first single family rental and looking to expand and grow my portfolio utilizing all the incredible information on this site. I wish I would have known about this site before losing two multi family deals. I want to learn what finance options are available to me and develop a Rolodex of property managers to help me manage my portfolio since I have a full time career and do not plan on leaving it.
