Thank you, same to you.  i actually did have problems with the financing portion, they wanted to increase the rate but i was able to keep that from happening.  In addition the seller then wanted to cancel the sale somehow because he started getting offers for 20k more than i had offered but the paperwork was signed so that didn't happen either.  All in all it was a good purchase with a couple small speed bumps but nothing major.

I'm currently buying in The Woodlands but I'm open to other parts of houston. Im buying SFR's but i want to expand to multifamily.

I finally closed on my second property.  was able to lock in a decent rate right before the rate hike.  I should hopefully have it leased within the next week or so, meanwhile I'm currently searching for my next acquisition.

Hi BP I have lost several deals recently due to financing. This inability to close is really hampering my ability to grow my business. What are other ways investors are pursuing financing outside of traditional financing for SFR's? Currently I am being required to have %20 down to receive financing. %20 hit for every acquisition is limiting my acquisitions to only 1-2 a year for properties under 170. There's has to be a better/ faster way
