Hey BP, I've been lurking the forums for the past few months absorbing all the knowledge/lingo and have decided to pursue househacking a multifamily property in the greater Houston area within the next 6 months. A little bit about myself; I'm a recent college graduate who moved out this way from the east coast last year, I maintain a "9 to 5" as an engineer in the Chemical Manufacturing industry, and I am looking at REI as a means to further diversify my portfolio. In my efforts to purchase my first property I will be looking for investor friendly realtors in the area and property management recommendations. Feel free to connect and reach out to me if you have any advice or recommendations! Thanks y'all!
