Hello! 

My name is Patrick, I'm interested in real estate investing and I have a goal of having 6-10 properties in five years, if not sooner.  I want to have my own income stream and not be supported by my 9-5 job.  I seek out side investments and business opportunities.  I was turned on to BiggerPockets by a good friend and have enjoyed the podcasts so far. I am eager to learn and explore the market, and the site.
