Need help breaking down Plan 1 & 2 (pg. 52-63) from The Book on Rental Property Investing by B. Turner. Not following the numbers. May need a video and drawing on whiteboard to “see” the how, i.e. pg. 57 (the year 7 example plan 1: 24u x $200 x 36m) Thanks for the help

Getting started in my real estate business.  Looking for mentors to help me navigate through setting up LLCs, leases, deal-making, etc.  Also, looking for financial help with purchasing rentals. How to get the most out of my situation.  Hard-working guy, with good problem-solving skills and reasonable goals.   Would like to focus on St. Louis MO market but can expand out if needed.

My name is Patrick, I'm interested in real estate investing and I have a goal of having 6-10 properties in five years, if not sooner.  I want to have my own income stream and not be supported by my 9-5 job.  I seek out side investments and business opportunities.  I was turned on to BiggerPockets by a good friend and have enjoyed the podcasts so far.
