Hello my name is Lidia Syrwid. A resident of the Chicago land area since 1979. I became Real Estate investor in 2013. As investor my main interests is in Fix and Flip. I have few under my belt. My other interests are locating private money investors and managing rehab projects for other investors. I'm also Real Estate Broker specializing in all kinds of residential properties selling and buying side. I'm also co owner of remodeling company which is very helpful in both of my businesses as well as to my clients and colleagues. I'm a member of several local RIEA groups/ clubs and that's how I was introduced to Bigger Pockets platform.
