Hello Everyone, 

I am new to real estate investing and I am very excited to start learning. I have be doing my own research on the subject for the past two months and was looking to talk to some people that have invested before.  Luckily I found Biggerpockets. I recently graduated a year ago with a major in business management. I am slowly but surly finding out that corporate 9-5 just is not for me and would like to turn to real estate investing.  My interests are in flipping and buy and hold. My goal is to build a portfolio so I will be able to do real estate full time. I am also interested in learning how to find private money lenders in my area. I am looking for all the advice I can get and am very excited for the up coming year.
