Hello bigger pockets community my name is bob I currently live in Youngstown ,Ohio I have 3 rentals I currently have rented and are paid off in full looking to expand to about 20 rentals in the next 5 years which I will handle on my own   also im looking to  turning everything section 8    just joined I see a lot of post here with people on the same road as me and love the fact we can help  each other out with questions and each others knowledge  look forward to being a great addition to the community
