Thanks for reply Melissa  yes I did hear the inspection can be a problem everything else so far that I have read and looked into seems to be great way to start doing rentals especially since u can maximize your monthly rent income 

I now drive a 2001 grand Cherokee  with a 6 x 12 enclosed box trailer  

sold this to buy my 3rd rental to make 550 a month instead of it colleting dust in the garage for the winter winter 

Thanks for reading my post and responding . I currently have 3 rentals now when I had them advertised I had a dozen calls a day wanting section 8 . Now it has me  interested  in going section 8  with my next 7 properties  it seems to be the way to get top dollar on your rental 

hello everyone  I currently have 3 house's  I have rented out  looking to expand  my properties  to 10 this year I live next to all 3 of my houses  so I will keep them from section 8  for the next few I buy im looking to go section 8  I see  a great need for low income housing in my area  has had anyone success  using this method   it seems to be a sure way to collect your rent with no worries  also seems they pay more per bedroom  so u can capitalize full price potential  would love to hear from someone with knowledge on this  thanks for reading my post look forward to chatting with you 

Hello bigger pockets community my name is bob I currently live in Youngstown ,Ohio I have 3 rentals I currently have rented and are paid off in full looking to expand to about 20 rentals in the next 5 years which I will handle on my own   also im looking to  turning everything section 8    just joined I see a lot of post here with people on the same road as me and love the fact we can help  each other out with questions and each others knowledge  look forward to being a great addition to the community
