Hello everyone,

My name is Jeff Townsend and I live in charleston sc. I am new to the real estate investing world, I have been reading/researching for a while now. I am hoping to make my first move in the next year. I am interested in rental properties, specifically multifamily. I hope to learn a lot from all of you on here.
