Getting started in Tallahasse, FL

Hello everyone! Excited about finally getting into the industry. Took a long time for me to get past the jitters and nervousness of failing and just not knowing everything before starting. My first REIA meeting has me ready to get my team together, but still fighting analysis paralysis. Looking for an owner/occupied multi-unit to get a cash flow going and a deal under my belt, but am thinking about wholesaling to start. Any tips and tricks to get started would be greatly appreciated! I've already found a lot of help on BP after only a few days on here.
