Hello, My name is Adam Mcclellan. I've been contemplating getting into real estate investing for years. Fear and lack of experience have held me back. I've decided this year to educate myself and make the leap. I'm interested in fix and flips as well as purchasing, fixing and renting. My goal is to purchase a property within the next six months. I know the tools available on this site as well as the knowledge and experience of the other members here will help me overcome my fears and push me towards a successful start in my real estate adventure.
