Post: Rolling credit card debt into an FHA mortgage.

Was recently applying for an FHA loan for my very first investment property. Credit scores and income are fine but DTI is a little over where it needs to be. I was wondering if credit card debt can be included in an FHA mortgage? Or even if it's wise to do so. Thanks in advance!

Hello, My name is Adam Mcclellan. I've been contemplating getting into real estate investing for years. Fear and lack of experience have held me back. I've decided this year to educate myself and make the leap. I'm interested in fix and flips as well as purchasing, fixing and renting. My goal is to purchase a property within the next six months. I know the tools available on this site as well as the knowledge and experience of the other members here will help me overcome my fears and push me towards a successful start in my real estate adventure.
