Happy New Year all! My name is Keri S. and I'm interested in building wealth through real estate investments. The only experience I have so far is buying my primary residence. I would like to learn more about real estate investing, especially the buy and hold method.

My short term goal is to purchase 1-2 rental properties by the end of 2016. My long term goal is to use my investments in real estate to gain financial and time freedom.

I'm glad that I came across Bigger Pockets while doing my initial search on investing in real estate. I'm excited to learn valuable information and tips for REI!

@Keri S.

Welcome to the vibrant BP community. Your time here will be well spent.

You mentioned financial and time freedom and I added podcast #151 in case you have not listened to it yet, which talks about this in detail.

Also, since your interest lies in rentals, I added the below links for your review.
