Hi Everyone!

Name is David Buchanan and I am currently a high school math teacher in San Francisco, California.  Always have been interested in real estate being a numbers guy, but I realize it takes a lot more than just numbers.  Decided to join the community to do lots of research before finally getting into the market.  So far everyone has been nothing short of kind and helpful.
