Hello justin. Steven my current interest is to utilize a VA loan entitlement to obtain a Multi-family property. I would like to owner operate the property in accordance with the VA loan policies. It also has to be 1 to 4 units to qualify. Im hoping for a duplex. I have been looking around kitsap county. There is a few in the port orchard area on the MLS. Im going to hit it hard this next week using other methods of finding deals.

@Rachelle R. Thank you im glad to be here. @Alexander Zeisberg I have set my my keyword alerts. Thats a great feature. I really like the idea of SFH investments. I feel as though they have a greater chance of appreciation, although i would never bank on hopes of appreciation. My first investments im hoping to owner operate so im hoping to find a duplex.

My wife and I recently separated from the navy and are enjoying civilian life here in Kitsap county Bremerton, WA. I'm new to investing in real estate although I have been studying it for about the last six months. We are ready to purchase our first multi-family. We are just waiting (actively searching) for the right deal to come along. I love the site and have been combing through the wealth of information. I would love to meet up with active investors in my area for coffee or lunch. Thank you all.
