My name is DeWayne and I currently live in the Tupelo, MS area. I am a 15 year Army Veteran with two Iraq tours. I currently work for General Electric Aviation full-time and just recently started this real estate journey part-time. By the end of 2016 I will be a full-time REI. I am currently a grad student working on an MBA degree. I am really looking forward to connecting with everyone and learning all that I possibly can.

Currently I am a real estate novice, but I will not be one for long. Simply because I am self-motivated, determined and coachable, but most of all I learn and apply skills quickly. My initial goal is to start off doing wholesale transactions for the first year and then next year start rehabbing and selling properties.

I am always seeking wisdom and knowledge from real estate veterans who don’t mind helping young investors.
