Sabrina C. Congrats! I just launched my REI business here in North Mississippi! I'm very excited. I've head consistently from others here at BP to listen to the pod cast and use the education tab. There are also YouTube videos by BP that I've been watching lately as well that helps.

Hello! I attend grad school online with APU (American Public Univ). My cousin Dr. Dale Sanders graduated from JSU. I love that school, I almost did undergrad there but my first deployment to Iraq got in the way of that plan. So you're an investor in South MS? What do you do exactly....fix and flip or fix and rent?

My name is DeWayne and I currently live in the Tupelo, MS area. I am a 15 year Army Veteran with two Iraq tours. I currently work for General Electric Aviation full-time and just recently started this real estate journey part-time. By the end of 2016 I will be a full-time REI. I am currently a grad student working on an MBA degree. I am really looking forward to connecting with everyone and learning all that I possibly can.

Currently I am a real estate novice, but I will not be one for long. Simply because I am self-motivated, determined and coachable, but most of all I learn and apply skills quickly. My initial goal is to start off doing wholesale transactions for the first year and then next year start rehabbing and selling properties.

I am always seeking wisdom and knowledge from real estate veterans who don’t mind helping young investors.
