Hello all - my name is Mark and I'm new to this forum!  I'm looking to invest in my first rental property in this Cleveland/Lakewood area.  If anyone has good tips they can suggest as a first time investor, I'd be happy to hear about it.  

My background is in mechanical engineering and I have an MBA from Indiana University and work on the Westside of Cleveland.  Feel free to connect with me!
