Great insight, Craig. I'm just getting into this process, but I have noticed that taxes on similarly sized properties do seem to fluctuate. Were you ever able to find a map of Lakewood showing the different tax rates? I do no plan to live in any of the places I buy.

Hello all - my name is Mark and I'm new to this forum!  I'm looking to invest in my first rental property in this Cleveland/Lakewood area.  If anyone has good tips they can suggest as a first time investor, I'd be happy to hear about it.
